Applications are now closed for the Holiday Show 2017.

 

Would you like to bring your suitcase of handcrafted goodies to Finders Keepers? We’d love to have you at the show!

 

This is a juried event, so you will need to send in an application and we will choose the vendors based on originality, craftsmanship and quality as well as making sure we have a diverse offering for our shoppers.

 

If you and your suitcase want to be part of this unique show…

• you’ll need to send in a completed application

• the deadline to apply is September 27, 2017

• keep an eye out for an email to confirm that we have received your application

• sending in the application does not guarantee your suitcase a spot at the show

• you will get a notification from us by October 2, 2017 whether you have been selected or not

• you’ll then have 10 days to submit your contract and vendor fee of $40 via cheque or email bank transfer to secure your spot (only 1 spot per applicant).

• if we don’t get your payment within this timeframe, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.

• once all the suitcases and their owners have been confirmed, you will receive your vendor kit with show details and promo material to let people know about the show.

• It is important that you use this promotional material to help us advertise the show. We do all we can to spread the word, but we can't do it without your help. Think of it this way, if every vendor brought 10 people to the show, that would be 300+ shoppers in addition to what we can do.

 

On the day of the show…

• you may arrive with your suitcase at the Canoe Club starting at 8am to set up your display

• please bring a table cloth long enough to go to the floor in front of your table and your own extension cord if you need one

• you will have a 6' table for your suitcase, and a chair 

• if you specified needing electricity or a wall space, we will try our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee anything. Please keep in mind that most "wall space" at the Canoe Club is actually windows. 

• your suitcase is your main display element, not an afterthought. If you need display ideas, check out our pinterest boards for "out of the suitcase" ideas.

• as a general rule, no clothing racks, shelving etc. are permitted on the floor due to space restraints, but please contact us ahead of time if your display includes racks, or doesn't require a table. Please do not bring free-standing display items without checking with us first, prior to the show.

• make sure you are set up and ready to go by 9:45am

with your application (and again with your payment and signature on your contract) you accept our Terms and Conditions
